Cotton Candy Cones (Party Favors)

Supplies Needed:
- Cotton Candy
- Ice Cream Cones
- Twine
- Bags
Rip apart cotton candy and roll it into a ball then shove it into an empty ice cream cone. Put them inside plastic baggies and tie it with twine!
