Easy Jiffy Corn Dog Muffin Recipe for Kids

Here’s a simple recipe that is a complete HIT with the kiddos – jiffy corn dog muffins! You only need a few ingredients and some little helpers. These are great for lunch or dinner…think of play dates!

Ingredients:

• 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
• 2 hot dogs
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup milk

Directions:

1. Mix up the corn muffin mix, milk, and egg, and spoon into greased muffin
   pan.
2. Put 1/3 of a hot dog in each (would be really good with a slice
   of cheese too!)
3. Bake according to package directions.
4. Enjoy!
