The shells are made of shredded cheddar microwaved on parchment paper then hung over a knife to make that "v" shape. Contents are hamburger seasoned, lettuce, sour cream, and a few pieces of Pico Gallo. You can put two mugs upside-down and put a wooden spoon across then drape the cheese over it until it hardens.

You can also bake them in the oven at 400 F for 6-8 minutes until brown on edges...
