Egg Carton Bat Halloween Craft for Kids
Today we ate the last of our eggs and had a big ol’ egg carton case leftover so we decided to make some egg carton bats! This is a fun Halloween craft for the kids to make. You can also put a string through the top and hang them for decorations.
Materials Needed:
- Egg Carton
- 2 Googly eyes
- Glue
- Black paper
- Scissors
- Black paint/paintbrush
Start by cutting up individual cups from a big egg carton case. Cut it so that you have just a small piece of the top.
Paint the egg carton with black paint and let dry. Stick on some purple googly eyes (we bought them at Michael’s store). Â Measure around the egg carton and draw an outline of the wings. GARN-5BQJZ6-TQ8G Glue them together.
Cut two triangle ears out of black paper and make folds so that you can glue them to the top of the bat’s head! Done!
