This brilliant idea was shared by Tina Gardner! A breakfast BLT in an egg wrap! This is perfect for a ketogenic diet breakfast or if you're on a low carb diet.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs for the wrap
- ½ cup spinach
- 4 strips of bacon
- tomato slices
- ½ avocado
Whisk 2 eggs together in a bowl and fry in coconut oil or butter. Flip over in one piece to make the "wrap." Fill with spinach, bacon, tomato, avocado, or whatever else your heart desires!
