If you're on the keto diet or a low carb diet, try these bacon wrapped avocados!! This was made by Kristen Smith.
Ingredients:
- 3 avocados
- Bacon
- Pink Himalayan salt
- Ranch dressing
"I used three avocados sliced them in half...then half again. Wrapped them in raw bacon...set them on a cookie sheet with the bacon seams down. Put them in a preheated oven (450 F) for 30 mins. Oven temperatures vary....so just make sure the bacon is fully cooked. The avocado is very hot when it's done....so let it cool for about 5 mins before you start chompin' away. Dip in ranch dressing, I added pink Himalayan salt for more flavor. Enjoy!"
