- 9 Cupcakes
- Frosting (try my best buttercream frosting recipe!)
- Piping bag
- Cookie sheet
- Tin foil
Start by baking any flavor cupcake you want and let cool. Mix up some light pink frosting and pipe it in a circular motion on each cupcake (we just cut the tip -no attachment) then mix up some light green frosting. Pipe lines down a cookie sheet covered in tin foil to make the “stems” then decorate two cupcakes for the leaves. We first did a lighter shade of green to cover them, then piped a darker leaf shape on them. Finish it off by writing “Happy Mother’s Day” in frosting or sharpie! Mom will love this easy dessert :)
