I have always loved St.Patrick's Day, preferably because everything turns green but I also enjoy the rainbows! Here's a fun little treat to make with or for your kids...rainbow shamrock cupcakes :)

Supplies Needed:

  • Cupcakes
  • White frosting
  • Scissors
  • Airheads Xtremes Candy

Start by baking some white cupcakes and letting them cool. Using a piping bag, frost the tops with vanilla frosting. Take your rainbow strip candy and fold it in half. Then cut half a heart shape and unfold it - you'll have a little rainbow heart! Cut three for each cupcake and cut the green striped layer to make the shamrock's stem.

Press them on top of the frosting in the shape of a shamrock and enjoy!
