Watermelon Feta Salad

Materials

1/2 watermelon cubed
3/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
1 1/2 tbsp mint leaves chopped

Salad Dressing

2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 lime juiced

Instructions

Cut watermelon into cubes and add to a bowl. Combine blueberries, feta, and mint.
In a seperate bowl, whisk together the honey, lime, olive oil, and sea salt. Pour over salad and mix together until all coated.
Serve and enjoy!
