Have kids make this fun Mother's Day card for their mommy! I think it's quite adorable and wasn't too hard to make once the pieces were cut out. You can be creative and write anything you want such as "I whaley love you mom," "I whaley appreciate you mom," "I whaley love your hugs" etc! :)

You will need blue/white paper, a black sharpie, glue, and scissors.

Start by free-drawing a whale's shape and cut it out. Glue on a small piece of a lighter blue paper to make the belly and add two little fins.

Cut out three hearts with the lighter blue paper and glue it coming out of the whales "blow hole." Finish the card by writing "I whaley love you mom!" at the top.

Loved this! My daughter and I used your design to make these for her class Valentine's this year. They just wrapped up a whale unit last week, so we cut out the whales, put them on quarter sheet cards with the words "Whale you be my Valentine?" She did some blue whales on white paper, and some grey whales (with white tummies) on blue paper. We taped little packets of Graham cracker Goldfish to the back. They turned out super cute, and she is so excited to hand them out to her friends. Her favorite part is the heart water from the blowhole. Thanks for the super simple design!
