These gorgeous and tasty looking chocolate coconut fat bombs were made by Hillary Jones! She let me share her recipe with you guys. Perfect for keto diets when you need an energy boost or to feel fuller.
Fat Bomb Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut manna
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1-2 tbsp liquid stevia (optional)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Chocolate heart mold
Melt coconut oil and mix into room temperature coconut manna. Do not microwave your coconut manna, it will ruin it. If you need to, place a bowl of it into a pan of hot water until it becomes fluid. Once mixed, add the cocoa powder and liquid stevia. Pour into silicon candy molds and chill until firm. Store in the freezer.
