Make this refreshing creamy cucumber salad for a potluck or BBQ this summer! Your guests will devour the whole bowl!
Creamy Cucumber Salad
Materials
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 tbsp mayo
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp white vinegar
- ¼ red onion
- ¼ cup fresh dill
Instructions
- Peel the cucumbers (or keep skin on) and slice it in half the long way. Then either scoop the seeds out or slice.
- Chop ¼th of a red onion into tiny strips.
- Pour all ingredients into a bowl and stir until all cucumbers are coated.
- Put in fridge for 1-2 hours to chill.
- Serve and enjoy!
