Cilantro Jalapeno Lime Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pack ranch mix
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 3 bunches Cilantro
  • 2-3 jalapenos seeded
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 3/4 to 1 cup milk unsweetened almond
  • 1.5 bags shredded coleslaw

Instructions

  • In blender add Cilantro, lime juice and jalapenos. Blend until chopped extra fine. Add ranch, mayo and milk. Blend about a minute until well incorporated. 
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix with coleslaw.
