Make fun gummy bear jello shots for your friends! So yummy and easy to make.

Yields: 1 ½ dozen (2 oz) Jell-O shots

INGREDIENTS

  • 24 (2 oz) plastic soufflé cups with lids
  • ½ (3 oz) box lemon JELL-O gelatin
  • ½ (3 oz) box lime JELL-O gelatin
  • ½ (3 oz) box orange JELL-O gelatin
  • 1 ½ cups boiling water, divided
  • 1 ½ cups vodka, chilled and divided
  • 2 ½ cups gummy bears candies, divided

DIRECTIONS
1. Place the plastic Jell-O shot cups out on a large baking sheet.
Add 3 gummy bears to each cup and set aside.

1. Pour ½ of the box of the lemon powdered gelatin into a metal or
Pyrex mixing bowl. Add ½ cup boiling water and whisk until the
gelatin is dissolved. Add ½ cup cold vodka and stir well. Pour into
6 of the plastic Jell-O shot cups, filling almost to the top (leave a
little room to add more gummy bears).

2. Pour ½ of the box of lime flavored gelatin into a mixing bowl.
Add ½ cup boiling water and whisk until dissolved. Add ½ cup
chilled vodka and stir. Pour into 6 of the JELL-O shot cups, filling
almost to the top.

3. Pour ½ of the box of orange flavored gelatin into a mixing bowl.
Add ½ cup boiling water and whisk until the orange gelatin is
dissolved. Add ½ cup cold vodka and stir. Pour into the remaining
6 shot cups, filling almost to the top.

4. Place the baking sheet with the 18 filled jello cups into the
refrigerator and chill for 5 minutes or until the jello is at a “soft
set.” Add 3-4 more gummy bears to each cup, pressing them gently down
into the soft set jello. Return the pan to the refrigerator and chill
for 2 hours.

5. Once the gelatin has completely set, you can place lids on the
jello cups and keep chilled until ready to serve.

6. ENJOY!!
