This delicious keto diet, low carb chicken bacon ranch casserole was shared by Sophia Denniston! So much flavor without the carbs!
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- Package of bacon
- 1 Broccoli head
- 1 Cup ranch dressing
- 2 Cups cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Garlic powder
“I cooked a package of chicken breast and a package of bacon. Then cut them up. I added about 5 heads of steamed broccoli, 1 cup of ranch dressing, 2 cups of shredded cheddar, 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Sazon , garlic powder, and pepper to taste. Mix it up and add it to a large baking pan that’s greased with bacon grease and bake at 400 for about 25 minutes.”
