Keto Cream Cheese Bacon Peppers

If you’re on the keto diet or a low carb diet, here’s a great appetizer or meal to make!

Ingredients:

  • Bag of Mini sweet peppers
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • Garlic powder

Slice your mini peppers in half then scoop out the insides. Fill each one with a spoon full of cream cheese, then sprinkle garlic powder on each and wrap in bacon. Stick them with a toothpick to hold it. Bake at 400 F for 20-22 minutes. (Thanks to Danielle Martin for sharing)
