- Sugar free pudding (vanilla)
- Heavy whipping cream
- Lilys chocolate chips
- Peppermint Extract
- Green and blue food coloring (optional)
Put the specified amount of heavy whipping cream instead of milk according to the pudding package. Whip in an electric mixer for a few minutes until it gets the consistency of mousse. Add in a drop or 2 of peppermint extract and food coloring. Mix in some low carb chocolate chips!
