These darling little salt dough footprint penguins were made by Chloe Kay’s kids! They make adorable ornament keepsakes that you can give to parents, grandparents, etc!
It’s always so fun to see every year how small your kids feet were! Make sure you put the year on the back.
Footprint Salt Dough Penguin Ornament
Materials
- 1 cup salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup water
- Acrylic paint
Instructions
- Combine ingredients. Knead for 10 minutes. (I used my kitchenaid mixer with the flat attachment)
- Bake at 250 for 2-3 hours.
- Once they are dry, use acrylic paint to make the penguin features!
