Parmesan Baked Tomatoes

 If you’re looking for a low carb side for dinner try these baked parmesan tomatoes. Oh my goodness they are delicious! And half way healthy ;)

Ingredients:
2 large beef steak tomatoes; sliced
1/2 cup shaved parmesan
6 fresh basil leaves; sliced
1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons fresh parsley; chopped
parchment paper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Place sliced tomato on the parchment paper. Top with shaved parmesan. Drizzle basil, italian seasoning, and parsley on top.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with more fresh parsley.
