This delicious keto summer salad was made by Stephanie Burgess! If you're craving those high carb pasta salads, this is the perfect replacement! Low carb and yummy.
Ingredients:
- A ton of dill pickles ( chips and spears )
- Cucumber
- Small mix of peppers about a half cup diced for the whole salad.
- Mushrooms
- Cubed ham
- Cubed sharp cheddar
- Cubed pepper jack
- Fresh dill
Dressing Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mayo
- ¾ cup of sour cream
- ½ cup of pickle juice
- A pinch of onion and garlic powder and salt and pepper
Chop up all the ingredients. Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl and combine. Chill and enjoy!
